RON’S COMMENT: Today’s average is based on five polls, ranging from 40% (Quinnipiac) to 50% (Rasmussen). Without these extremes, it would still be 45%…. President Trump’s disapproval rating averages 52% today (-1 from yesterday), which is 7 points higher than his approval rating.

RON’S COMMENT: Trump is doing slightly better than Obama at this point in their presidencies, but not as well as other presidents who were all in the 50s at this stage.
