Percentages who say isolated incidents: 18% of Democrats, 68% of Republicans, 45% of independents, 45% of men, 37% of women, 19% of Blacks, 32% of Hispanics, 56% of White men without college degrees, 42% of White men with college degrees, 46% of White women without college degrees and 40% of White women with college degrees say the deaths of African Americans during encounters with police are isolated incidents.
