LUNCHTIME POLITICS: Self-Pardon Unpopular – Post-Election Ratings – Election Objections

Your Daily Polling Update for Thursday, January 14

TRUMP JOB APPROVAL: AVERAGE 40%

Down 2 from Monday

RON’S COMMENT: Trump’s approval rating has now dipped nearly 7 points below his popular vote performance in the November election (46.9% to 40%), which means he’s lost about 15% of his support since the election…. Today’s average is based on six polls, ranging from 33% (Quinnipiac) to 46% (Rasmussen). Without these extremes it would still be 40%…. Trump’s disapproval rating averages 57% today (+1 from Monday)…. See the trend in Trump’s job approval average since the beginning of 2020  at approval trend.
